Return and Refund Policy

Change of mind

We have a 10-day change of mind or return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return(except perishable items)

We allow change of mind to any order before they are dispatched. Please get in touch with us at orders@momoandspices.au to make any amendments to your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A refund processing fee of $1.50 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover for the merchant cost and card fee.

Returning your item

To avoid hassle of returning the product, we recommend you return the product with the delivery driver at the time of delivery. But if you change your mind at a later stage, you will have 10 days to return the products. Please note, any extra cost incurred while returning the product will be bearable by the customer however in case of faulty or damaged product please get in touch with us and we will work with you to organize a return.

To start a return, please contact us at orders@momoandspices.au. Simply return the items within 10 days of receiving it to get a full refund(minus $1.50 refund processing fee) or exchange. Upon receiving the items, our team will process the refund and/or notify you.

Damages and Issues

We make sure your products are not damaged before the delivery but we do request you to please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Returning perishable goods - Fresh, refrigerated or frozen

Certain goods needs to be kept in special conditions to ensure we’re not compromising with their quality. This mainly covers fresh goods such as bakery made, refrigerated dairy products or any products required to be frozen. We request that you return these back with the driver itself if you’ve changed your mind on perishable goods. For food safety purposes we would not be able to take the products back afterwards.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, beverage, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to place a new order for the desired product and return the original item for a full refund (minus a $1.50 refund processing fee). Alternatively, you may visit our store to exchange your purchased item in person.

The value of the new item(s) must be equal to or greater than the value of the original purchase. Customers may select multiple items to meet or exceed the original value. If the total value of the selected item(s) exceeds the value of the exchanged product, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. A refund processing fee of $1.50 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover for the merchant cost and card fee.
